How should I store peptides?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C in a dry, dark environment. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC, LTC). ACH transfers have no processing fees and are our preferred method.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically reviewed and confirmed within 1 business day. ACH transfers settle in 1–3 business days. Once payment is confirmed, orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

What is a subscription and how does it work?

Subscriptions let you automatically receive your favorite peptides on a recurring schedule — monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You save 10–20% compared to one-time purchases, and your order ships automatically on each billing date.

How do I manage my subscription?

Sign in to your account and click the subscription icon (↻) in the top navigation bar. From your Subscription Dashboard you can pause, resume, change frequency, adjust quantity, or view your next shipment date.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. From your Subscription Dashboard, click 'Pause' on any active subscription to temporarily stop billing. To permanently cancel, pause your subscription and contact us at evolvedpeptides@gmail.com.

Can I change the frequency or quantity?

Absolutely. From your Subscription Dashboard you can switch between monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing, and increase or decrease the quantity per shipment at any time.

Do I need an account to subscribe?

Who can purchase your products?

Research peptides are legal to purchase in the United States for research purposes. They are not approved by the FDA for human use. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and comply with local laws and regulations.

Do you require any documentation?

We reserve the right to request documentation verifying research credentials or intended use. This helps us maintain compliance and ensure products reach legitimate researchers.

What does HPLC-tested mean?

HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is the gold-standard analytical method for measuring peptide purity. It separates the compound's components and measures the percentage of your peptide vs. any impurities. Our products are ≥98% pure as verified by third-party HPLC analysis.

Can I see the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for my product?

How do I know the peptide I receive is the correct compound?

Every product batch undergoes mass spectrometry (MS) analysis alongside HPLC. Mass spectrometry confirms the molecular weight of the compound matches its expected sequence, verifying that you are receiving exactly what's labeled — nothing else.

What is the shelf life of your peptides?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides stored at -20°C have a shelf life of 18–24 months. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and stored at 4°C (refrigerator), they should be used within 28–30 days. Never freeze reconstituted peptide solution.

Do you provide research protocol references for your peptides?

Yes — each product page includes an In Vitro Research Protocol Reference section with typical concentrations, frequency, and administration notes based on published research. Which compounds are most studied in metabolic research?

The most studied compounds for metabolic research include Semaglutide (GLP-1 receptor agonist), Tirzepatide (GLP-1 + GIP dual agonist), and Retatrutide (triple agonist).
