1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EvolvedLabs website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Research Use Only & Controlled Substances
All products sold by EvolvedLabs are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory and scientific research by qualified professionals. You agree that: • You will not use products for human consumption, self-administration, or veterinary use • You are purchasing for legitimate scientific research purposes only • You are a licensed researcher, scientist, or research professional • You will comply with all applicable laws regarding research compounds in your jurisdiction Certain products — including testosterone esters, oxandrolone, human growth hormone (HGH), and other compounds — may be classified as controlled substances or prescription drugs under U.S. federal law (Controlled Substances Act), state law, and international regulations. By purchasing any such compound, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use it in your jurisdiction and that you will obtain all necessary licenses and permits. EvolvedLabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order involving regulated compounds.
3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order on this site. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we believe this requirement has not been satisfied.
4. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers. All prices are in USD. EvolvedLabs reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. All sales of research compounds are final. No refunds will be issued except in cases where the product received is materially different from what was ordered, or arrives damaged. Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Otherwise, a flat shipping fee applies. EvolvedLabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that importing research compounds is legal in their jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and research reference materials — is the property of EvolvedLabs or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvolvedLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) at issue. EvolvedLabs makes no warranties regarding fitness for purpose, results, or efficacy of any research compound.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
